Degree in Management from the Universidade Livre de Lisboa, with post-graduate studies from the Universidade Católica de Lisboa - Advance Program in Management of Insurers (PAGESE). Member of the Portuguese Fiscal Association and Arbitrator of the Tax Arbitration Tribunal of the Arbitration Administrative Centre (CAAD).

Responsible for the tax support provided by FSO Consultores to major economic groups – national and international, to the financial sector and within processes to optimise and/or change of pension plans. She also coordinates business restructuring processes, tax audits, due diligences, administrative litigation, individual taxation, international mobility, support for expatriates and social security issues. Responsible for the tax support to PALOP. Organisation and collaboration in several seminars and conferences.

She has been an invited teacher of Tax in the Master class of Insurance Management and Pensions Funds in Universitat de Barcelona and part of the academic staff of the Post-Graduation in Tax from Overgest-ISCTE.

Has been on the staff of one of the “Big Four” for over 10 years, where, apart from holding the position of Deputy Tax Managing Partner, she was in charge of all the tax support provided to the financial and insurance sectors, VAT and taxation in Angola.

Filomena Salgado Oliveira started her career at Portuguese Tax Administration, where she was part of the staff of tax inspection for about 9 years. She participated in tax inspections on companies from several industries, joined the special group of study, planning and informatics of Tax Authorities, integrated Reviewing Committees, adviser to the Tax Director and lectured at several internal training courses.
